2. Hosting

This website is hosted by [HOSTING PROVIDER, e.g. Cloudflare Pages / Netlify]. When you visit the site, the host automatically processes technical data (such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access) in server log files. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).

3. Embedded content (Spotify & YouTube)

This site can embed a music player from Spotify (Spotify AB) and videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.). These embeds are not loaded automatically. They only load after you give consent via the cookie banner or by clicking the load button on the respective element (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent).

Once loaded, these providers may receive your IP address and set cookies, and may transfer data to servers outside the EU. We have no influence over the scope of this data processing. For details, see:

4. Consent storage

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email (e.g. for bookings), the data you provide will be used solely to process your request (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Hungary, the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
